common grounds:
• We will sanitize the common ground 4 times a day (before, during and after every meal service )
• Common spaces will be properly signaled for the safety of our guests

• Common spaces will be equiped with hand sanitizer at the disposal of our guest.
Rooms:
• Door knops will be daily sanitized.
• Common spaces and romos will be daily Sanitized with special products recomended by the OMS.
• The change of linens will be daily changed uppon the request of our guest.
• Every room will be equiped with a personal security sanitizing kit
Food & beverage:
• self-service will not be avaliable
• room-service will only be available for beakfast
• reservations for the Restaurant will be mandatory for breakfast, lunch and dinner to respect the máximum capacity during COVID times.
• Breakfast wiill be only served at the table uppon request.
• Restaurant tables will be separeted respecting 1 mt distance between them.
Hot Tub
• Hot tub will only be available with previous reservation and the water will be changed and sanitized after being used.
transportation & Excurtions:
• The hotel promotes the outdoor activities and private transportation during the excurtions .
• Solicited airport and excursions transportation Will be properly Sanitized.
• Box lunches for excurtions will be properly packed and sanitized for every guests..
RESERVATION POLICES.
PaYMENT polices:
• Every stay wil have the 30% of total prepayment, non-refundable.
• The remaining balance will be paid at the check in.
Cancelations:
• You can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Less tan 48 hours before the arrival date, the penalty shall be 30% of the total reservation, in case the cancellation is for contigency reasons declared by the government because COVID 19, this amount may be used as credit for next date within the same season and depending on the availability of the lodge. –
• Change of dates within the same season has no extra charche.
